Keith Hartzell begins his memoir by explaining why he decided to write this book. After serving 16 years on the Ocean City, NJ council, he lost a close election for Mayor. Having more time, he began reminiscing with a friend about how much his family, and the town of Ocean City, meant to him. He was struck by how fortunate and grateful he felt for the life given to him by God. His friend suggested he write a book to share his stories and lessons learned.

In "Nothing But Gratitude", Keith has assembled a series of real, heartfelt stories, which both set the foundation for, and perfectly illustrate the power of gratitude and help you find it in your own life.

Part of Keith's gratitude is giving back in meaningful ways.  That is why he chose the historic Tabernacle Baptist Church of Ocean City, NJ to be the beneficiary of the proceeds from "Nothing But Gratitude".

The church was built by the founders of Ocean City in 1890 and still holds services today.  ALL proceeds from "Nothing But Gratitude" go to the church to help defray the costs of upkeep and operations.
